Club Administrator (2 Year Contract)
We seek an energetic, motivated, positive and profit driven individual to manage our administrative services. An operational background in the golfing industry though not absolutely necessary, would be an advantage. We are offering a two (2) year contract with a review after 18 months for consideration of extension.
Reporting to the Board, duties include:
- Providing general administrative services.
- Maintaining and monitoring of financial records.
- Managing membership.
- Marketing and promotion.
The ideal applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Sound knowledge of HR requirements.
- Strong Financial management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage a golf club or equivalent sporting membership requirements and clubroom facilities.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Web design, Reckon Accounting, Member Magic and MiClub systems would be an advantage.
An annual salary will be negotiated subject to qualifications and experience.

Position Vacant - Casual Bar Staff
The Marmion Angling & Aquatic Club is a private club with over 3,000 members, situated on West Coast Drive in Marmion. The Club operates seven days a week & functions in both a private & commercial aspect catering for wedding receptions & private functions.
We are seeking talented casual bar staff for our weddings & functions department. Applicants need to have their own independent transport, hold a current RSA certificate and have some previous bar experience.
Use of touch-screen operations will be highly regarded and cash handling experience is essential. You would need to be available for some of the following times: Friday evenings; Saturday evenings; Sunday lunch; or evenings.
