The Australian Fair Pay Commission has handed down its second wage-setting decision to apply on or from 1 October 2007. The decision applies to employees who are covered by the Federal Industrial Relations system (i.e. employees whose employer is deemed to be a ‘constitutional corporation’).
The Commission’s decision will apply to clubs in this state who are an incorporated body and trade through sale of memberships and services.
