Blind Courage www.blindcourage.com is the idea of blind guitarist Lorin Nicholson and his brother john (who is also blind), and will see the brothers ride tandem bikes across Australia. The ride will take them through WA, SA, VIC, the ACT and NSW. The ride will take 1 month to complete and see them ride more than 4,000 kms on the bike. There will also be numerous opportunities to stop in at local clubs along the way, positively linking clubs with this great story. Lorin and John will be raising money for Vision Australia along the way, a not for profit organisation that provides services to the blind and sight impaired.
