Clubs that sell tobacco products need to familiarise themselves with the new laws which were introduced on Wednesday, 22 September 2010 by the Government of Western Australia Department of Health.
One of the main changes impacting tobacco retailers are the restrictions in the display of tobacco products, packaging and smoking implements.
