This course is run every week over two days on a Tuesday and Wednesday from our premises in Willetton. It is also available externally via CD ROM.

Course content:
- Liquor Licensing Legislation;
- Objectives of the Liquor Act;
- Enforcement of Legislation;
- Sales & Consumption of Liquor;
- Responsible Service of Alcohol;
- Supervision of Licensed Premises;
- Juveniles on Licensed Premises.
A keynote speaker from the Road Safety Council will illustrate the implications of various industry related cases.
Certification:
On successful completion candidates will receive certification enabling them to apply to the WA Department of Liquor Licensing to become a Licensee or Approved Manager of licensed premises.
Course Duration:
2 full days
Tuesday - 9am - 4.30pm & Wednesday 9am - 4pm
Course Fee:
- $300.00 - Non members
- $270.00 - Members of Clubs WA, Restaurant & Catering Industry Association of WA or the Liquor Stores Association of WA.
