- No physical tickets will be issued.
- Seating plan and allocations will be available at the event.
- Email confirmation will be sent once payment has been processed.
- Registrations are transferable to another person but guarantees on dietary requirements cannot be made if within 10 days of event.
- Cancellations must be in writing and cancellations within 14 days of the event incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Refunds are not available within 7 working days before the event.
- Clubs WA reserves the right to alter the program, change event components or substitute services without notice.
Please note the following Crown Perth cancellation policy with Clubs WA in relation to COVID-19 restrictions:
(Cancellation or Change due to Restrictions) In the event that:
(a) the Government imposes restrictions which require that Crown close the Venue or operate it materially differently; or
(b) Crown elects to temporarily close the Venue or a part of it due to a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infection of a guest or employee; or
(c) Crown is required by a government department to close the Venue; or
(d) are travel unable to restrictions enter are Western imposed Australia by the (together, government the such Restrictions);
then the parties will work together in good faith to re-schedule the Event (within the parameters of the Restrictions) to a later mutually convenient date or dates. If the parties cannot find a mutually convenient date to re-schedule the Event, the Deposit or Deposits paid up to the date the Restriction was imposed will be repaid to the Client [Clubs WA] less any costs incurred by Crown to the date of the imposition of the Restrictions.
(Costs associated with Restrictions) Crown will not be liable for any costs, fee or losses incurred by the Client [Clubs WA] or its guests in relation to a cancellation or change in the Event caused by or in relation to the Restrictions.
As such, if the Event is required to be re-scheduled under these conditions, any ticket monies paid to Clubs WA will be kept for the re-scheduled date. If no re-scheduled date is available then tickets will be refunded less any amounts already incurred by Crown to the date of the imposition of the Restrictions.
Crown will make every effort to cater for guests with special dietary requirements, i.e. vegetarian, vegan, gluten and/or lactose free or allergies. Please be aware that Crown products either contain or are produced in kitchens which contain/use the allergens of peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, soy, milk (or other diary), egg, sesame, wheat (gluten), lupin and sulphite preservatives. While Crown will endeavour to accommodate requests for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, they are unable to completely guarantee allergy-free meals.
Crown Perth is unable to offer any halal certified meals. Whilst some items and ingredients used in dishes may happen to be halal certified, they are unable to provide fully certified halal meals.
