
The Liquor Control Act 1988 imposes mandatory training requirements in relation to responsible service of alcohol.
Club/Club Restricted/Occasional Liquor Licence
For staff and volunteers engaged in the sale, supply or service of liquor at a Western Australian premises with a Club/Club Restricted or Occasional licence (unless otherwise required by Racing, Gaming and Liquor’s), the minimum training requirement is either:
• Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Clubs WA Responsible Service of Alcohol – Club Industry Training
All Other Liquor Licenses
For all other licenses, for staff engaged in the sale, supply or service of liquor the mandatory training requirement is:
- Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for Responsible Service of Alcohol
