Sorrento Bowling Club, located in the coastal suburb of Sorrento, is currently seeking experienced Bar Staff for a casual position with an immediate start. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a welcoming club atmosphere.

The Role

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar area
Assist with stock management and inventory control
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and RSA regulations
Support the bar manager and team with general duties
Uphold workplace health and safety procedures
Ensure boundaries of licensed areas are respected
Work availability from Tuesday to Sunday

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Hold a current Approved Manager Card
Hold a current RSA certificate
Provide a valid Police Clearance
Demonstrate a desire to work closely with the bar manager, bar staff, and volunteers
