Forrestdale Sporting Association (FSA) are looking for a Bar Manager to join their team. The position will start on a casual basis, with the opportunity to become permanent part-time based on performance.
FSA is a not-for-profit sports club and recreation venue that acts as a key meeting hub for the local community and serves food, alcohol and other refreshments.
Duties include:
- Serving customers.
- Balancing the takings and undertaking the banking.
- Organising staff, arranging rosters and training/mentoring new employees.
- Ordering stock and liaising with reps on requirements/delivery.
- Managing stock, cool room and shelves.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and customers
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Approved Manager of Licensed Premises
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
