The Role

Work flexible hours as required by club operations

Handle cash in accordance with club policies

Dispense and serve liquor

Secure and lock up all monies

Clean the bar area and tables

Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate

Have a positive and professional attitude

Provide exceptional customer service
-
Demonstrate experience in cellar operations, stock handling, and storage

Hold an Approved Manager’s red card
-
Possess a current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate

Be a team player
-
Be available to work nights and weekends
