We are now seeking a Manager for the Guilderton Country Club. The Club has a Tavern License and is situated in the Coastal town of Guilderton near the beautiful Moore River Estuary, approximately 100 km North of Perth.
The Club is a well-established facility with strong member and community support and involvement. We require a manager with good management skills, sound knowledge of the Club Hospitality environment, excellent customer service skills and a strong passion to continue the steady growth of the Club.
Attractive salary package plus performance incentives. Local accommodation is available if required and a ‘Management Couple’ would be considered.
To be successful in this role you will need :

A strong focus on implementing a high level of customer service across the Club

A sound ability to engage with the community and members

Good leadership, management skills and staff management

Be responsible for compliance with all legal obligations of the Club including Racing, Gaming and Liquor and OH&S requirements.

Hold an approved manager license

Strong experience in financial management, reporting and corporate governance.

Be able to develop, adhere to and adjust a strategic business plan

Act as the information reference point for the Committee and be able to work with the Committee to drive the Club forward.

Ensure that the Constitution and policies of the Club are adhered to at all times.

Market and promote the Club

High level IT skills
