Gosnells Football and Sports Club was established in 1911 and is a proud community club that strives for success both on and off the field, and is seeking applicants for the following coaching positions for 2021.
League Coach/Club Head Coach
Reserves Coach
Thirds Coach
Colts Coach
Women’s Coach
In 2020, the Club competed in Perth Football Leagues C1 League and Reserves, E4 Thirds and Woman’s B Grade.
Due to the situation with COVID-19, the Club did not nominate a Colts team in 2020 but is seeking to re- establish one in 2021.
We are seeking to appoint Coaches with AFL coaching experience at a senior level, who are people orientated, who can demonstrate excellent communications skills and who can contribute to building a positive culture and drive our Club vision.
The willingness to actively participate in the recruitment and retention of players across all grades is seen as essential, as is the willingness to actively work with our affiliated Junior Football Clubs.
Qualifications
1. Must hold (or be prepared to obtain) a minimum Level 1 (Level 2 preferred) AFL Coach accreditation.
2. Must hold a current Working With Children Clearance.
3. Hold or be prepared to obtain a current Senior First Aid qualification.
Remuneration will be discussed at the interview stage.
