Subiaco Football Club Inc, established in 1896, is a proud member of the West Australian Football League (WAFL). Based at Sullivan Logistics Stadium (formerly Leederville Oval) in Leederville, Perth, the club has a rich history and a strong community presence. The club is seeking a dedicated Commercial Support & Finance Manager to join its team. This full-time position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in both financial operations and commercial support within the club.
The Role
Responsibilities include:

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Reconciling operating and term deposit accounts

Preparing balance sheet reconciliations

Assisting the Finance Sub-committee with strategic and financial planning

Maintaining asset schedules, long service leave, and annual leave provisions

Processing weekly payroll and player payments

Managing PAYG, payroll tax, BAS, and superannuation

Supporting club activities including home games, functions, and events

Assisting the Commercial Manager with AFL hospitality initiatives
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Demonstrate experience in finance and accounting functions

Be proficient with payroll and taxation processes

Possess strong organisational and reconciliation skills

Be able to support both finance and commercial event operations
