The Role

Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including staffing, timelines, beverages, and vendor management

Liaise with clients to understand their event vision, budget, and requirements

Supervise event set-up, execution, and pack-down to ensure smooth operations

Manage documentation such as contracts, quotes, and invoices

Lead and train event staff to deliver high-quality service

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Handle multiple events and competing priorities effectively

Create event marketing content using Canva and manage social media accounts
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have proven experience in event management or a similar hospitality role

Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills

Remain calm under pressure and resolve issues swiftly

Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed

Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with event software (EventPro or similar)
