Mount Lawley Golf Club, located just 10 minutes from Perth CBD, is seeking an experienced full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its professional team. The club offers excellent working conditions, including complimentary staff meals and free on-site parking.

The Role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, the successful applicant will:

  • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations

  • Coordinate weddings, conferences, and corporate golf days

  • Supervise a team of 15–20 staff

  • Manage staff rostering, stock control, and cash handling

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrate excellent food and wine knowledge

  • Show operational expertise across buffet, à la carte, and bar service

  • Have experience in functions and conferences

  • Be capable of training and supervising a team

  • Possess strong time management and communication skills

  • Be flexible to work a seven-day roster, including mornings and evenings

  • Display high attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate

  • Hold an Approved Manager’s certificate
