The Cruising Yacht Club of WA Inc. is a private club located on the waterfront strip of Rockingham, south of Perth, overlooking Cockburn Sound. The Club features excellent restaurant and function facilities and a fully licensed bar. They are currently seeking a casual Functions and Events Coordinator to join their team and help deliver high-quality events for members, guests, and visitors.
The Role

Plan, coordinate, and deliver private and corporate events across the club

Liaise with clients to tailor events to their needs

Collaborate with the Restaurant and Bar Manager and kitchen/bar teams

Manage event bookings, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards

Provide on-site support during events to ensure guest satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have experience in event planning or hospitality coordination
