The Role

Work in partnership with the Management Committee to drive the Club’s strategic vision

Inspire and lead a passionate team, fostering collaboration and high performance

Ensure the delivery of outstanding member experiences and community programs

Maintain operational excellence across hospitality, marina, events, and member services
Candidate Requirements
