Lake Karrinyup Country Club is recognised internationally as one of Australia’s leading championship courses and private golf clubs, located in Karrinyup, Perth. The club is seeking a motivated Golf Retail Manager to lead and manage its premium Golf Shop facility. The Role

The Golf Retail Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Golf Shop and associated services, reporting directly to the Director of Golf. Duties include:

Overseeing a seven-day operation of the Golf Shop
Leading the retail team and training staff
Managing inventory and merchandising
Delivering a high standard of customer service
Ensuring smooth retail operations befitting a premier private golf club

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have a minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience, preferably in the golf industry
Demonstrate excellent customer service and organisational skills
Have strong attention to detail and merchandising ability
Manage large stock inventories efficiently
Show confidence in staff training and team leadership
Display strong business and financial skills
Be proficient in multitasking, time management, and working independently or in a team
Preferably have knowledge of golf retail products and experience with Northstar and MiClub software
Hold or be willing to obtain a First Aid Certificate
Comply with Work, Health and Safety policies

Additional Info

Full-time hours across Tuesday to Saturday
Flexibility required for a seven-day roster
