About the Role 
We are looking for an extraordinary, enthusiastic and highly motivated Administration Officer that will work with the Centre Manager to promote the PRACC and be the community link between multiple community and sporting groups. A part time position is available for someone who has expertise in administration, data entry and a creative flare for promotional advertising and is willing to assist in bar service where required.

 

Remuneration – Casual or Part Time can be offered, up to 15 hours per week

Responsibilities included:

  • Provide administration services to the PRACC committee and prepare reports as requested.
  • Maintain an appropriate filing and data retention system
  • Maintain a current knowledge of word processing and financial systems (XERO)
  • Debtor & creditor invoicing and payments
  • Payroll processing
  • Processing of annual membership renewals and maintaining the membership database
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Prepare promotional material relevant in marketing of the PRACC
  • Assist the Operations Manager with events and bookings
  • Be responsible for the delivery of quality time management and have the ability to work unsupervised and efficiently.
  • At time assist with bar service for events

 

Skills & Experiences – Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, to work both autonomously and as part of a team as well as developed time and personal management skills
  • Experience working in administration and record keeping
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Commitment to a high standard of service and customer focus
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation

 

Skills & Experiences – Desirable

  • Relevant qualifications, or working towards qualifications, including holding an Approved Managers Card
  • Hold a current “C” Class Motor Driver’s License
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check
  • Hold a current St John’s First Aid certificate
