A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the fine dining restaurant at The University Club of Western Australia.
The restaurant is open for lunch Tuesday to Friday and for dinner Wednesday to Saturday, so working days and hours are varied.
The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of the restaurant which includes 4 private dining rooms and a lounge bar.
The position is a customer-facing role that requires high visibility and a hands-on approach, best suited to a person who has a genuine interest in leading from the front.
