The Belmont Sports and Recreation Club Inc (BSRC) is a family-friendly, social community hub located in Cloverdale, Perth. The Club is seeking a casual Yardman / Maintenance Person to assist in maintaining the property and supporting general upkeep of the facilities.
The Role
-
General maintenance of the property, both indoors and outdoors
-
Garden care and outdoor presentation

Performing minor repairs and odd jobs as required

Assisting with moving furniture, handling deliveries, and setting up for events

Ensuring outdoor and public areas remain clean, safe, and presentable

Supporting cleaning duties as needed
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Be a practical all-rounder with trade or handyman skills

Work independently and take pride in your work

Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Be available 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), for 4–5 hours per day

This position may suit a semi-retired person
