The Role

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages

Deliver friendly, attentive and knowledgeable customer service

Maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked bar area

Assist with stock management and inventory control

Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and RSA regulations

Support the bar manager and wider team as required
