Broome Golf Club is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join its high-performing kitchen team. The Club’s Bar & Restaurant operates seven days a week for lunch and dinner. This full-time role is essential in maintaining the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes within a professional kitchen environment.
The Role

Oversee preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to set standards

Manage your designated kitchen section, delegating tasks as needed

Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service

Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of kitchen operations
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have 2–3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role

Demonstrate strong culinary skills and food preparation knowledge

Possess a thorough understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and cost control

Display strong communication and customer service skills

Be well-organised with excellent time management and multitasking ability

Work well as part of a team and show leadership skills

Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment
Additional Info
Salary range is $70,000 – $75,000 per year.
