Broome Golf Club is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join its high-performing kitchen team. The Club’s Bar & Restaurant operates seven days a week for lunch and dinner. This full-time role is essential in maintaining the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes within a professional kitchen environment.

The Role

  • Oversee preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to set standards

  • Manage your designated kitchen section, delegating tasks as needed

  • Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service

  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of kitchen operations

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have 2–3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role

  • Demonstrate strong culinary skills and food preparation knowledge

  • Possess a thorough understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and cost control

  • Display strong communication and customer service skills

  • Be well-organised with excellent time management and multitasking ability

  • Work well as part of a team and show leadership skills

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment

Additional Info

Salary range is $70,000 – $75,000 per year.
