The Role

Lead and manage all kitchen sections including grill, pans, and larder
Prepare and execute functions and events with professionalism
Work occasional Mondays or Tuesdays for events
Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain high culinary standards

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have a minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role
Be confident in all kitchen sections and perform well under pressure
Demonstrate reliability, a team-first mindset, and a professional attitude
Possess your own transport and be flexible with start times
Hold full working rights in Australia
