The Swan Yacht Club, located in East Fremantle and recognised as the 2021 Club of the Year, is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join its team. This is a senior kitchen role suited to confident, experienced professionals ready to contribute from day one. Sponsorship is available for the right experienced candidate.
The Role

Operate across all kitchen sections including grill, pans, and larder

Contribute to the delivery of functions and events

Work occasional Mondays and Tuesdays as needed for events

Maintain high standards of food preparation and service

Support the team with a positive, no-drama attitude
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have 3–4+ years’ proven experience as a Chef de Partie

Be confident across all sections of the kitchen

Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and professionalism

Have experience with functions and high-volume service

Possess full working rights in Australia

Ideally have your own transport and be flexible with early starts
