We are seeking a Manager for the Guilderton Country Club. The coastal town of Guilderton is situated at the mouth of the Moore River, about 100kms North of Perth.
The Club is a well-established facility that requires a Manager willing to take it to the next level. We require someone with good management skills, knowledge in the club industry, excellent customer service skills and using current experience with ideas to really make it their own.
Attractive salary package of 65k plus performance incentives and local accommodation is available.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A strong focus on implementing a high level of customer service across the Club
- A sound ability to engage with the community and members
- Good leadership, management skills and staff management
- Be responsible for compliance with all legal obligations of the Club including Racing, Gaming and Liquor and OH&S requirements.
- Hold an Approved Manager’s Licence.
- Strong experience in financial management, reporting and corporate governance.
- Be able to develop, adhere to and adjust a strategic business plan
- Act as the information reference point for the Committee and be able to work with the Committee to drive the Club forward
- Ensure that the Constitution and policies of the Club are adhered to at all times
- Market and promote the Club.
- High level IT skills
