Perth Racing, the premier thoroughbred racing club in Western Australia, operates both Ascot and Belmont Park racecourses in Perth. Staging more than 90 race meetings annually, the club hosts major events such as the Perth Cup, the $5m Quokka, and The Pinnacles Series. Perth Racing is seeking a full-time Events Administrator to support its busy and dynamic events operations.

The Role

  • Coordinate activities in the Mounting Yard and Winner’s Enclosure prior to race-day, including managing presentations and trophies in consultation with the Event Operations team

  • Plan and manage race-day bookings in restaurants, private function rooms, and the Directors Lounge

  • Assist with non race-day events and general office management duties

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have 3–5 years’ experience in events and hospitality

  • Demonstrate experience in organising events, workshops, and functions

  • Possess high-level organisational and communication skills

  • Show initiative, flexibility, and a professional approach

  • Be capable of fast, accurate data entry with strong attention to detail

  • Confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Additional Info
