The Role

LKCC is recruiting casual restaurant service staff, including bartenders and waitstaff, to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality service to Members and guests

  • Bartending, table service, and barista duties

  • Operating POS and electronic ordering systems

  • Upholding food safety and hygiene standards

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have strong bar and restaurant experience, including barista skills

  • Demonstrate wine and beer knowledge

  • Be confident, well-presented, and personable

  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Remain calm and efficient under pressure

  • Hold a valid RSA certificate and full Australian work rights
