The Role

Plan and manage all golf competitions and events

Maintain efficient timesheet and booking systems

Oversee handicap administration using MiClub and Golflink

Analyse booking trends and member data for reporting

Communicate with members regarding events and policies

Work closely with the General Manager, committees, and team members
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have a strong understanding of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament formats

Demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills

Possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific applications

Show proven leadership and team management experience

Experience with MiClub systems is preferred

Previous experience in a private golf club or public golf course is desirable
