The Role

  • Plan and manage all golf competitions and events

  • Maintain efficient timesheet and booking systems

  • Oversee handicap administration using MiClub and Golflink

  • Analyse booking trends and member data for reporting

  • Communicate with members regarding events and policies

  • Work closely with the General Manager, committees, and team members

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have a strong understanding of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament formats

  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific applications

  • Show proven leadership and team management experience

  • Experience with MiClub systems is preferred

  • Previous experience in a private golf club or public golf course is desirable
