The Role

Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the club’s mission

Implement strategic plans and drive innovation across programs and services

Strengthen stakeholder relationships including volunteers, sponsors, and community partners

Manage sponsorships, marketing, and growth initiatives

Foster a strong and inclusive club culture
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Demonstrate proven leadership in a community, sporting, or not-for-profit setting

Possess strong operational and strategic management capabilities

Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Have experience managing volunteers and community-based teams

Be energetic, hands-on, and committed to surf lifesaving and community service

Hold or be willing to obtain a Surf Life Saving Australia Bronze Medallion

Hold a WA Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check
