The Role

Manage club correspondence and general administration

Act as the first point of contact for members, volunteers, and the public

Oversee onboarding, registrations, and member inquiries

Coordinate facility bookings and assist with financial activities (excluding bookkeeping)

Support club volunteers and manage servicing and maintenance of equipment

Maintain and update point-of-sale inventory, including stock ordering
