The Club is recruiting for a Golf Operations Manager to lead strategy, management, and daily operations of the golf facilities. This role is key to enhancing member experiences and upholding the Club’s high standards and reputation. A competitive salary of $100,000 – $110,000 per year is offered.

The Role

  • Manage daily operations of the Retail Shop and Golf Operations Department

  • Guide the Golf Operations team with administrative duties including timesheets and event scheduling

  • Collaborate with the Clubhouse Manager to deliver golf and non-golf events

  • Oversee the coaching program and manage coaching staff

  • Contribute to marketing and communications to promote the club

  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive club culture

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have proven experience in golf management or retail leadership

  • Be experienced with Miclub golf and competition management software

  • Demonstrate a passion for excellent member service

  • Possess knowledge of safety standards and club management practices

  • Be enthusiastic about golf and community engagement
