Geraldton Golf Club is a well-established and highly regarded club located in Wonthella, Geraldton. The club serves both the local community and visitors, offering a premier golfing experience and vibrant club atmosphere. The club is currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join the Pro Shop team. This part-time position is based in a dynamic retail environment and includes weekend work.
The Role

Provide exceptional customer service to golfers and visitors

Assist in selling golf equipment, apparel, and accessories

Maintain an organised and visually appealing retail space

Handle cash and card transactions efficiently

Restock and replenish merchandise as required

Support overall Pro Shop operations
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have previous experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally in the sporting goods or golf industry

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

Show excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Work effectively as part of a team

Have enthusiasm for golf and delivering quality customer service
