Hillarys Yacht Club, located in the northern suburbs of Perth, operates Hillarys Marina Lifting Services (HMLS), a facility providing professional boat cleaning, servicing, and maintenance. The marina includes 5 jetties and 272 pens, offering services to club members and the local boating community. HMLS is seeking a Yard Maintenance Worker to support its daily operations.
The Role

Assist with boatyard maintenance, including metal fabrication

Support general yard duties as required

Report directly to the HMLS Manager

Casual position with core hours Tuesday to Thursday, 7:30am – 3:30pm (negotiable for the right candidate)
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Hold appropriate qualifications and relevant experience

Preferably have a driver’s licence and own transport

Hold a forklift ticket (preferred but not essential)

Have experience in yard or outdoor business operations

Be able to work independently and as part of a small team

Be willing to undertake a National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical if required

Attractive remuneration of $40 per hour
