The Role

• Manage bar operations including stock, staffing, and service quality

• Oversee rostering, ordering, invoicing, and compliance

• Train and lead the bar team in delivering excellent customer service

• Design and execute a variety of events such as trivia nights and themed functions

• Coordinate and support weekend functions during peak summer months

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Have prior experience managing a bar
