Royal Fremantle Golf Club, located in Fremantle, is seeking a Club Administration & Finance Support officer to ensure smooth operations across its departments. This part-time position offers school-hour flexibility, including a required Monday shift, within a prestigious and collaborative club environment.
The Role

Provide day-to-day office management and financial administration

Support the Finance Manager and assist the Membership Manager
-
Liaise across Finance, Membership, and other departments to maintain effective communication
-
Step in to back up membership, marketing, and event functions when needed
-
Assist with front desk duties and customer service
-
Manage supplier payments, invoice processing, banking reconciliation, and record maintenance
-
Contribute to process improvements and administrative best practices
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Be proactive, self-sufficient, and confident managing tasks independently

Have strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail

Be experienced in finance, accounts payable, or office management

Be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
-
(Preferred) Have experience with Northstar and/or MiClub software
-
(Preferred) Have worked in a membership-based club environment
-
Demonstrate a professional and friendly approach with strong customer service skills
