Royal Fremantle Golf Club, located in Fremantle, is seeking a part-time Club Administration & Finance Support officer to facilitate smooth communication and operations across its departments. This position supports both the Finance Manager and Membership Manager, offering school-hour flexibility and a varied workload within a dynamic club environment.
The Role

Serve as the key liaison across Finance, Membership, and other departments

Manage day-to-day office administration and provide front desk customer service

Assist with financial tasks including invoice processing, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations

Support the Membership Manager with inquiries, applications, renewals, and database updates
-
Provide backup support for membership and marketing functions during staff leave
-
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiency measures
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Be proactive and self-sufficient with strong problem-solving abilities

Demonstrate excellent multitasking and time management skills

Have experience in finance, accounts payable, or office management

Be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Show confidence in cross-departmental communication

Have customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner

Experience with Northstar, MiClub, or in a club environment is advantageous but not essential
