Perth Football Club, a proud member of the WAFL based in Lathlain, Perth, is recruiting a full-time Talent Manager. This leadership role is responsible for managing the club’s Talent Pathway programs, spanning both metropolitan and regional zones. The position plays a key part in supporting the development of players, coaches, and support staff in a high-performance football environment.
The Role
Oversee and deliver talent programs from U14s to Colts
Lead regional and metro academies in alignment with club and WAFC strategies
Recruit, manage, and mentor coaches, support staff, and volunteers
Foster strong relationships with players, parents, junior clubs, schools, and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with WAFC regulations and meet all operational deadlines
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Have experience within the WAFL Talent Pathway, WAFL, or state-level coaching
Possess strong leadership and people management skills
Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrate high-level organisational and time management abilities
Be proficient with digital tools and administrative processes
Hold a valid Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
